A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH NELVER, INC. FOR THE USE OF HALL A OF THE MIAMI
BEACH CONVENTION CENTER SEPTEMBER 15, 1990 - 4 : 00 PM
- SEPTEMBER 16, 1990 - 2 : 00 PM.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
NELVER, INC.
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
HALL A OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
on
SEPTEMBER 15, 1990 - 4 : 00 PM - SEPTEMBER 16, 1990 - 2 : 00 PM
for the event known as
CHILEAN FESTIVAL
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.

AMOUNT: Three Thousand and no/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars or
twelve ( 12% ) per cent of gross receipts from
admission tickets, plus Sixty (60 ) cents per square
foot net exhibit space used , plus Four Hundred and
no/100 ($400.00) Dollars for 200 tables, based on
Two and no/100 ( $2.00) Dollars per table and Two
Thousand and no/ 100 ( $2,000.00) Dollars for 2,000
chairs, based on One and no/100 ($1 .00) Dollar per
chair , plus Four Hundred and no/100 ($400.00)
Dollars for two (2) hours air conditioning over
eight hours, based on Two Hundred and no/100
($200.00) Dollars per hour , plus Florida State
Rental Tax , which is currently 6'/..
