A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE DATES AND
TIMES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS
TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 89-2665, AS CALLED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 90-20086 (relating to technical
amendments I) ; RESOLUTION NO. 90-20088 (relating
to technical amendments II) ; and RESOLUTION
NO. 90-20089, (relating to incorporating Comprehensive
Plan Consistency and Currency requirements into the
Zoning ordinance) , from October 17 and October ,3,
1990,respectively, to October 24 and October .10 . 1990,.
respectively.
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1990, the City Commission determined that the
the regular October 3, 1990, and October 17, 1990, meetings should be
changed, inasmuch as some members of the City Commis s ion would not be
available on those dates, and dates of October 10 and 24, 1990 were set,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following resolutions adopted
by the City Commission on September 5, 1990, calling hearings to con-
sider amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 89-2665, be and the same are
amended to reflect the change of dates of each of the hearings accordingly:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-20086, calling hearing on October 17, 1990, relating
to Technical amendments No. 1) , by changing date to October 24, 1990,
11:15 a.m. ;
RESOLUTION NO. 90-20088, calling hearing on October 3 , 1990, relating
to Technical Amendments II) , by changing date to October 10, 1990 at
11:15 a.rn. ;
RESOLUTION NO. 90-20089, calling hearing on October . 3, 1990, relating
to incorporating Comprehensive Plan Consistency and Currency requirements
into the zoning ordinance) , by changing date to October 10, 1990, at
11:20 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other provisions of said resolutions remain
in full force and effect.
