A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE
RESULTS OF PERSONNEL BOARD ELECTION, GROUP
TWO EMPLOYEES, HELD ON OCTOBER 10, 1990
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Election held on October 10, 1990
for the purpose of electing a Regular member of Group Two of the
City employees to serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, the said City Commission has examined said
Certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach that it hereby adopts the said Certificate
as the result of said Election, and does hereby declare the member
from Group Two elected to the Personnel Board, as follows:
GROUP TWO: BRIAN YOUNG (Elected by 35 votes out of 74 votes
taken) .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 24th day of October 1990.

PERSONNEL BOARD - GROUP TWO
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspectors, do hereby certify,
in duplicate, that we held and conducted an election of the members
of Group Two of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, at the
City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, City Clerk's Office, Third
Floor, on October 10, 1990, for the purpose of electing a member of
the Personnel Board to represent Group Two ; that at the close of
the polls, we proceeded to open the ballot box and count the
ballots, and found the results of said Election as conducted by us
to be as follows, which results we then publicly proclaimed.
That there were a total of 74 votes cast.
25 votes were cast for Judy Doddona
12 votes were cast for Casey O'Harra
35 votes were cast for Brian Young
01 vote was cast for Joe Damien (write-in)
01 void ballot
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals
at Miami Beach, Florida, on this 11th day of October , A.D. 1990.
