CONCERT ASSOCIATION OF GREATER MIAMI, INC. FOR THE
USE OF THE JACKIE GLEASON THEATER OF THE
PERFORMING ARTS DECEMBER 4-7, 1990 - 6: 00 PM-
MIDNIGHT

MIDNIGHT EACH DAY (AFTER THE FACT)
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
CONCERT ASSOCIATION OF GREATER MIAMI, INC.
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
JACKIE GLEASON THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS
on
DECEMBER 4-7, 1990 - 6: 00 PM-MIDNIGHT EACH DAY
for the event known as
THE BOLSHOI BALLET
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease amendment has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease amendment
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease amendment on behalf of the City, and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.

TWO THOUSAND AND NO/ 100 ( $2,000.00) DOLLARS PER
PERFORMANCE , PLUS FLORIDA STATE RENTAL TAX , WHICH IS
CURRENTLY 6%.
SURCHARGE: ONE AND NO/100 ($1 .00) DOLLAR PAYABLE FOR EACH TICKET
SOLD PER PERFORMANCE FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER EACH
PERFORMANCE.
