A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE RESULTS OF PERSONNEL BOARD
ELECTION, GROUP ONE EMPLOYEES, HELD ON MAY 16, 1991.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, a Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted
the Election held on May 16, 1991 for the purpose of electing a member of the
Personnel Board to represent Group One of the City employees; and
WHEREAS, the said City Commission has examined said certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, that it hereby adopts the said certificate as the result of said
Election, and does hereby declare the member from Group One elected to the
Personnel Board, to be as follows:
GROUP ONE: HERBERT "SKIP" EVANS, JR. (Elected by 60 votes out of 84 votes
taken) .
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 22nd day of May , 1991.

PERSONNEL BOARD - GROUP ONE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspectors, do hereby certify, that we held
and conducted an election of the members of Group One regular employees of the
City of Miami Beach, at City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, on May 16, 1991,
for the purpose of electing a member of the Personnel Board to represent Group
One; that at the close of the polls, we proceeded to open the ballot box and
count the ballots, and found the results of said Election to be as follows:
THAT there were a total of 84 votes cast.
THAT:
60 votes were cast for Herbert "Skip" Evans, Jr.
24 votes were cast for David A. Young
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals at Miami
Beach, Florida, on this 17th day of May , A.D. 1991.
