A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH RESOLUTION NO. 91-20275 WHICH
NAMED THE COURTYARD AREA BETWEEN THE POLICE
STATION AND WASHINGTON AVENUE, "CHIEF ROCKY
POMERANCE PLAZA" BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF JUNE 7 , 1991.
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1991, the Miami Beach City Commission adopted
its Resolution No. 91-20275, which legislation named the courtyard area
between the Police Station and Washington Avenue, "Chief Rocky Pomerance
Plaza; and
WHEREAS, for purposes of conforming Resolution No. 91-20275 to
related legislation, it is necessary to amend said Resolution for the
purposes of providing for an effective date of June 7 , 1991; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Commission that all other matters
stated within said Resolution No. 91-20275 shall remain in effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Miami Beach Resolution No. 91-20275
shall be amended for the limited purposes of providing for an effective
date of said legislation to June 7, 1991.
