A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE RESULTS OF THE PERSONNEL
BOARD ELECTION, GROUP THREE EMPLOYEES, HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 12, 1991.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, a Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted
the Election held on September 12, 1991, for the purpose of electing a member of
the Personnel Board to represent Group Three of the City employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has examined said certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, that it hereby adopts the said certificate as the result of said
Election, and does hereby declare the member from Group Three elected to the
Personnel Board, to be as follows:
GROUP THREE: LINVAL BISHOP (Elected by 55 votes out of 95 votes taken) .
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 25th day of September, 1991.

CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION
PERSONNEL BOARD - GROUP THREE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspectors, do hereby certify, that we held
and conducted an election of the members of Group Three regular employees of the
City of Miami Beach, at City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, on
Septmeber 12, 1991, for the purpose of electing a member of the Personnel Board
to represent Group Three; that at the close of the polls, we proceeded to open
the ballot box and count the ballots, and found the results of said Election to
be as follows:
THAT there were a total of 95 votes cast.
THAT:
55 votes were cast for Linval Bishop
38 votes were cast for Steven L. Morris
2 Void Ballots
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals at Miami
Beach, Florida, on this 13th day of September , A.D. 1991.
