A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN
OPERATING BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
THE POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1991/92 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$364, 959 . 00, TO BE FUNDED BY THE PROCEEDS OF
CONFISCATED FUNDS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, Section 932 . 704 (3) (a) , Florida Statutes, addresses
the purposes and procedures to be utilized for the appropriation and
expenditures of the Police Confiscation Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police of the City of Miami Beach has
determined that the needs for expenditures and appropriation exist
and the expenditure or appropriation of forfeiture funds is in
compliance with Section 932 . 704 (3) (a) ; and
WHEREAS, such funds are available in the Police Confiscation
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT the City Commission hereby

and Secretary, the Confiscation Sergeant, and, and fringe
benefits; Property Supervisor and Physical Fitness
Coordinator; scholarships; P.A. S . S. Program; trained Police
