A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
"CITY OF MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER TRUST ACCOUNT"
WITH NCNB FOR THE CONVENTION CENTER: REPEALING
RESOLUTION NOS. 81-16696, 76-14917, 84-17704, 85-18204
AND 90-20027
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1992 :
SECTION I. All withdrawals of funds from the City of Miami
Beach bank account in the NCNB, designated "City of
Miami Beach Convention Center Trust Account" shall
be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks,
designated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center
Trust Account", each bearing two signatures, of any
of the following th ee signatures:

SECTION II. That Resolutions 81-16696, 76-14917 , 84-177094, 85-
18204 and 90-20027 be and the same are hereby
repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be
furnished to the NCNB.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18thy of December 1991.

All deposits of monies from the sale of senior citizen tickets and
withdrawal of these funds from the City of Miami Beach Bank /Account
in the NCNB designated "City of Miami Beach Trust Account" shall
be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks, designated "City of
Miami Beach Convention Center Trust Account" , each bearing two
(2) signatures.
This Resolution identifies personnel who are authorized to sign
checks.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commi si on approve the recci.iigua ionto adopt this Resolution
repealing Resolutions 81-16696, 76-14917, 84-17704, 85-18204 & 90-20027.
