RESOLUTION 92-20457 RESOLUTION NO. 92-20457 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,PROVIDING FOR THE 1ST AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 91-20366, FOR THE POLICE TRAINING TRUST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991/92 , INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY $40,000 . 00, TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR (1) AMMUNITION ($22 ,000) ; (2) SCHOOLS/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS ($16,000) ; (3) CROSS CULTURAL/SENSITIVITY PROGRAM ($2 ,000) . BE IT RESOLVED T-17 THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: WHEREAS, Florida Statutes Section 943 . 25 (13) Criminal Justice Trust Fund, provides for funds from authorized assessments of additional court costs in criminal proceedings, be made available to the law enforcement agency for the implementation of training programs ; and WHEREAS, it is anticipated that such funds will be available for FY 91/92 in the Criminal Justice Training Trust Fund, amounting to $40, 000 ; such funds being generated from court costs from criminal proceedings. The additional appropriation will increase the Police Training Trust Fund budget to a total of $45, 000. 00 for the fiscal year 1991/92 .
