FLORID ~N 16TH ANNUAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING
CONFERENCE- SEPTEMBER 22-24, RADISSON DEAUVILLE RESORT, MIAMI
BEACH
The Florida Housing Coalition will be holding its 16th Annual Affordable Housing Conference on
September 22-24 at the Radisson Deauville Resort, 6701 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. As part of
the conference three leading affordab e housing programs in the state of FIodda have been
selected to be highlighted. The Miami Beach Community Development Corporation (MBCDC) has
been chosen to be recognized as a success story in the South Florida area.
The Florida Housing Coalition requested that the City and MBCDC provide a tour for conference
attendees (most of {hem from out ~)f town) to visit our ~ffordable housing initiatives throughout Miami
Beach We have coordinated a customized tour to showcase our beautiful affordable housing
build ngs. The tour w be conducted dur ng day two of the conference, Tuesday September 23r°,
from 1:45 p.m. to 5:15 p m For addit onal information on how to attend the conference and/or the
