2020 CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS DATES AND DEADLINES
In order to maintain efficiency in the Commission Agenda process the following deadlines shall be
adhered to by City staff with respect to regular City Commission Meetings.
Schedule of Due dates for Regular Commission Meetings:
Submit RFP issuances & scope forms to Procurement 42 days prior to Commission Meeting
Deadline to send Ads for Public Hearings 21 days prior to Commission Meeting
Agenda Review Meetings 3 weeks prior to Commission Meeting
Deadline to enter titles in NovusAGENDA 2-4 days prior to Agenda Review
Last day to submit item(s) to the NovusAGENDA workflow 13 days prior to Commission Meeting
Agenda closure to commence printing 8 days prior to Commission Meeting
Adherence to these deadlines will ensure that the Departments involved in the agenda process will have
sufficient time to review the items. Please note that the Presentations and Awards meetings should not be
utilized for action items other than emergency items approved by the Mayor.
For your convenience, attached are the dates for the 2020 City Commission Meetings, Presentations and
Awards Meetings, After-Actions, Agenda Review meetings and due dates.
