At the City Commission Meeting of December 16, 1998, Commissioner Cruz made motion to create
a Blue Ribbon Committee to recommend terms and conditions for a future interlocal agreement
between the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) and City of Miami Beach.
