SUBJECT: FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS POSTER UNVEILING CEREMONY
It is with great pleasure that the Fine Arts Board cordially invites you to attend a ceremony to unveil
and present the 1999 Festival of the Arts Poster and artist. The ceremony will take place on January
21, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at Les Deux Fontaine, 1230 Ocean Drive on Miami Beach.
Well known Miami Beach Artist Herbert Felic Hofer has created the 251h Annual poster and the
unveiling will be done by Hofer's friend and mentor, intemationally acclaimed artist, Nam June Paik.
