SUBJECT Budget Advisory Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission of a
motion passed by the Budget Advisory Committee at its meeting on February 11, 2020.
The Budget Advisory Committee supports agenda item R7-N which directs the Administration to
prepare a Capital Budget for all proposed improvements to the City's storm water system, water
& sewer system, and public seawalls for a period of at least the next 10 years.

Motion second by: Jonathan Beloff
Motion passed: 7-0-2
Members absent from vote: Brett Harris and Marc Gidney.
