A resolution (deferred) of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency authorizing the
issuance of not more than $25,000,000 in
principal amount of Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency Tax Increment Revenue
Bonds, Series 1993 (City Center/Historic
Convention Village) , for the purpose of
financing the acquisition, clearing and/or
rehabilitation of certain property and the
construction of certain public improvements
pledging the pledged funds to the payment
of said bonds; providing for the issuance
of additional bonds on a parity therewith;
providing for the rights and security of
all bonds issued pursuant to this
resolution; providing certain details of
the Series 1993 Bonds; delegating certain
matters in connection with the issuance of
the Series 1993 Bonds to the Chairman of
the Agency; approving the form and
execution of the bond purchase agreement
for the Series 1993 Bonds; approving the
form of preliminary official statement for
the Series 1993 Bonds and authorizing
execution of the final official statement
for the Series 1993 Bonds; authorizing
officials of the Agency to take all
necessary actions in connection with the
issuance of the Series 1993 Bonds; and
providing for an effective date.
B. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-36 2-3, 10
145-93 A resolution (adopted) of the Chairman and
Members of the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency authorizing the Executive Director
and General Counsel to continue with
negotiations for a second amendment to
Marina Lease Agreement, and authorizing a
second extension to the first amendment to
Marina Lease Agreement for a period not to
exceed eight (8) days, said period
commencing on December 7, 1993, and ending
on December 15, 1993.

C. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-37 3, 10-11
146-93 A resolution (adopted) declaring the
official intent of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency to issue debt in order
to reimburse the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, from the proceeds of such debt
funds advanced by the City to the Agency
for certain expenses to be incurred by the
Agency with respect to a redevelopment
project within the City limits and
authorizing Agency offices to take
incidental actions necessary in connection
with the issuance of the debt.
D. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-38 3-10, 11
A resolution (deferred to 12/15/93) of the
Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency approving
an Amendment to Second Extension and
Clarification Agreement for the Cobb
Project and authorizing the Chairman and
Secretary to execute said agreement.
Special Counsel Earl Gallup responded to
Commissioner's questions/concerns on
contractual liability for environmental
clean-up of the subject property.
