b. Redevelopment Agency Memorandum No. 91-16 2-5
Funding for additional environmental
testing to determine the boundaries of the
soil contamination discovered at the South
Pointe Paint & Body Shop (131 Alton Road)
property, which was acquired for Cobb
Partners project. Mr. Ronald Jenkins of
Wingerter Environmental, Inc. responded to
questions. Administration's recommendation
approved. (see 4.a. )
c. Redevelopment Agency Memorandum No. 91-17 5
South Pointe redevelopment area update
submitted as requested December 4, 1991.
Executive Director complimented staff on
the concise 6-page report which covers
background information, City actions to
date, concerns and potential options for
improvement, and a recommendation to
schedule a workshop/orientation on
redevelopment issues in the near future.
No action taken.
