3. Old Business
A. Oral report on Hotel Land Acquisition. 1-2
Executive Director reported the closing on
the Poinciana site is scheduled for March
and the environmental reports thus far show
no significant problems. Bids on the hotel
are due 5 p.m. , March 7th.
B. Oral report on Miami Beach Marina. 2
Executive Director reported negotiations
are going well and he expects an agreement
to be presented at the March 2nd meeting.
C. Oral report on Portofino. 2
Executive Director reported negotiations
are going well; appraisals have been
ordered and a report on the economics of
the entire transaction would be done.
4. New Business
A. Oral report on Two Coral Rock Houses 2
Located in Block 53 of Cobb Project.
Executive Director reported that a meeting
had been held.
