Negotiations have commenced with Marriott/Rahn.
Discussions are underway with urban design
consultants, Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-
Zyberk. First public information meeting was held
at Crawdaddy's Restaurant on December 12, 1989.

Mason.)
