149-94 Resolution of the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency adopted authorizing the Executive
Director and General Counsel to continue
with negotiations for a second amendment to
Marina Lease Agreement, and authorizing a
second extension to the first amendment to
Marina Lease Agreement for a period
commencing on January 7, 1994, and ending
on February 2, 1994.

150-94 Resolution of the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency adopted authorizing the issuance of
not more than $25,000,000 in principal
amount of Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency
Tax Increment Revenue Bonds, Series 1993
(City Center/Historic Convention Village) ,
for the purpose of financing the
acquisition, clearing and/or rehabilitation
of certain property and the construction of
certain public improvements pledging the
pledged funds to the payment of said bonds;
providing for the issuance of additional
bonds on a parity therewith; providing for
the rights and security of all bonds issued
pursuant to this resolution; providing
certain details of the Series 1993 Bonds;
delegating certain matters in connection
with the issuance of the Series 1993 Bonds
to the Chairman of the Agency; approving
the form and execution of the bond purchase
agreement for the Series 1993 Bonds;
approving the form of preliminary official
statement for the Series 1993 Bonds and
authorizing execution of the final official
statement for the Series 1993 Bonds;'
authorizing officials of the Agency to take
all necessary actions in connection with
the issuance of the Series 1993 Bonds; and
providing for an effective date.

Director Robert Nachlinger responded to
Commissioners' questions.
