for the expanded South Beach Elementary School. A
signed copy of the Agreement with the School Board . ,., ,
is still pending. Two independent appraisals have -�
been received and are being analyzed.

Pointe to form the South Pointe Association. The adrt-ALl'
Association will coordinate public/private efforts '
and provide a means of communication relative to
