7 . Matters Not Appearing on Agenda
a. Mr. George Lowander requested that 2
activities which take place in the
redevelopment area be taken during the
Agency meetings citing the Cobb project
report (City Commission item C-4B) and Safe
Neighborhoods streetscape project.
He also requested that Redevelopment Agency 3
meetings be held at the designated time.
b. Messrs. George Lowander and Herman Rubin 2-4
complained about difficulties with
enforcement of the Noise Ordinance.
Executive Director will investigate and
report back.
c. Mr. Arnold Leon complained about State-run 4-6
facility at 610 Espanola Way and requested
that City's funding be withdrawn. Chairman
Gelber said the suggestion should be
considered at the appropriate time.
d. During City Commission meeting, ADDENDUM
Deputy Director William Harrison reported
on Cobb Partners project during
consideration of item C-4B regarding
calling a public hearing to consider
recommendations of the Planning Board for
amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.
