132-93 Resolution adopted of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency accepting title by quit
claim deed to all real property owned by the City
of Miami Beach within the first phase of the Cobb
Project (Blocks 78 & 80) .
b. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-19 2
Written status report and brief comments by Mr.
Carlton on the Cobb Project advising that closing
of properties between the Agency and Cobb for
Blocks 78 and 80 to occur July 26, 1993;
demolition/site preparation to be completed July
15, 1993. (Parcel 1)
Offers to Purchase properties in Block 53 (Parcel
2) to be made to property owners prior to closing
on Parcel 1.
On-site signs and sales office to be in place by
end of September 1993; ground breaking could
occur as early as mid-1994.
