Contract with Marks Brothers for demolition
of Parcel One (Blocks 78 and 80) of Cobb
Project not approved; payment in the amount
of $18,355 approved.
B. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-21 3-12
Discussion on master developer agreement
with Portofino Group for development of
certain lands in the South Pointe
Redevelopment Project area. Commission
directed that City Manager work with the
Portofino Group and bring the issue to Land
Use Committee for a joint meeting with the
South Pointe Advisory Board, that it be an
"inclusionary process."
