7) Light Rail Transit System - Feasibility study on
schedule; preliminary findings indicate project is ç -

Washington Avenues, 5th Street, and MacArthur
Causeway. Passage of HB 1162 by Legislature
authorizes City to use excess Convention and
Resort Tax funds for construction of system. ----�""
