Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-15 1-6, 9-12 130-93 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING A SECOND EXTENSION AND CLARIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR THE COBB PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT adopted. (as amended at the meeting) Ilona Wiss presented a resolution of the 9-11 Affordable Housing Sub-Committee of the Miami Beach Development Corporation Board of Directors requesting the Agency require Cobb Partners to provide affordable housing units. Administration responded that it was too late in the process to make changes, but that the City had an affordable housing program in place. b. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 93-16 6-8 131-93 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SUN & FUN, INC. TO PERMIT A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING TO BE REHABILITATED AT 211 COLLINS AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING A BASE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID PROPERTY SHOULD THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY EXERCISE ITS POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN adopted. "Soto Agreement" practice referred to Land Use and Development Committee for policy debate and economic analysis. 5. Report of Agency Attorney - None 8 6.
