a. Redevelopment Agency Memorandum 91-6 1-8
103-91 Resolution adopted authorizing the Chairman to execute
an
agreement with Ben Franklin Florida Enterprises, Inc. to
permit a hotel to be constructed at 101-115 Ocean Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida; and establishing a base purchase
price for said property should the Redevelopment Agency
exercise its power of eminent domain. (legally described
as Lots 7 and 8, Block 113, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 4, PB
3, Pg. 151, P/R Dade County, Florida. )
Lucia Dougherty appeared on behalf of Ben Franklin, and
certain modifications were made to the proposed resolution
and proposed agreement during the meeting.
Ted Bliss raised specific questions about the documents,
and requested that other South Pointe redevelopment area
property owners be given similar considerations and that
redevelopment be allowed to take place through the free
market forces.
b. Redevelopment Agency Memorandum 91-7 8
Relocation payment of $10,000 authorized for South Pointe
Paint and Body Shop, 131 Alton Road, Miami Beach. (legally
described as Lot 4, less the E. 130' , Block 80, OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO. 3, PB 2, Pg. 81, P/R Dade County, Florida. )

5. Report of Agency Attorney 8
a. Carner-Mason Associates, Ltd. lawsuit update -
(Marina, now known as International Yacht Harbor)
Mr. Feingold advised there had been a mandate and the case
would be remanded back to the trial court for retrial.

record. )
(Also attached is excerpt from City Commission meeting when
Assistant City Attorney John Dellagloria reported to the
City Commission on same subject. )
