A. Executive Director Carlton rendered brief
oral report on Hotel Land Acquisition
advising that an Executive Session would be
held today concerning the St. Moritz. 1-2, 3-4
B. Chief Deputy City Attorney John Dellagloria
gave oral status report on Miami Beach
Marina, advised of the overlap of many
issues at the south end of SSDI property as
being related to negotiations with the
Portofino Development Group, and requested
approval of resolution extending
negotiations. (see 3.D.) 2
C. Chief Deputy City Attorney John Dellagloria
advised that he expects a public workshop
to be scheduled towards the end of the
month, after the Commission has had time to
review an anticipated document from the
Portofino Development Group regarding the
points of upcoming_negotiations. 2.
D. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 94-07
155-94 Resolution of the Chairman and Members of
the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency
adopted approving the Executive Director
and General Counsel to continue with
Negotiations for a Second Amendment to
Marina Lease Agreement, and approving an
extension to the First Amendment to Marina
Lease Agreement, this period commencing on
March 2, 1994 and ending on April 20, 1994.

156-94 Resolution of the Chairman and Members of
the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency
adopted approving and joining in an
exclusive Air Rights Easement and a Non-
Exclusive Easement for access and
maintenance, both on the public rights-of-
way on the- perimeter of the Cobb
Redevelopment Project, Blocks 78, 80, and
53, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, Plat Book
2, Page 81, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
Easement Agreement and Plat Maps filed with
meeting records.
