a. Executive Director responded to inquiries 1
from Commissioners Pearlson and Gottlieb on
the status of the Cobb Partners project
advising that it was in a holding pattern
pending DERM's response to environmental
proposals; and advised that as soon as
environmental issues were cleared, they
could turn over and close on the
properties. She confirmed that a library
was part of the Cobb agreement.
b. Executive Director responded to inquiries 2
from Commissioners Gottlieb and Kasdin
concerning the recent (fist meeting of
the new South Pointe Advisor Board. The
2/20/92 meeting consisted of introductions,
review of the Sunshine Law, and members
advising their personal agendas so a
mission statement and goals and objectives
could be formulated. As requested,
Commissioners to receive notice of all SPAB
meetings; summary minutes to be included in
future Agency packets.
