1) South Pointe Towers - Installation of cabinets, VA'
bathroom fixtures, appliances, other interior
finishes, and painting are underway. The light
sculpture atop the tower is now in place and
grounds are being landscaped. Phase I completion
date estimated sometime in June. '
2) South Pointe Association - continues to meet. ✓
3) Police Station Residential Development - RFP✓
being put into final draft.

5) Infrastructure Improvements Focus ons
