for the underwriters raised questions concerning c
the tax abatement option available to new
businesses under the Enterprise Zone Program. ' # ii ,3„ /
Since there is no provision in the current Dade e /'4i.'
County ordinance to exclude businesses located in
the redevelopment area from the tax abatement / t .
option, the Dade CountyAttorney' s Office isj4A.2
preparing a technical adjustment to the ordinance
in order to reflect this change. It has been
referred to the County' s Nov. 7th agenda and
expected to be adopted.
