135-93 Resolution adopted of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency adopting budgets for
the South Pointe and City Center
Redevelopment Areas for Fiscal Year 1994.
Prediction of revenue (percentage of ad
valorem tax used) and anticipated legal
fees discussed. Budget details will be
brought back at every future meeting.
B. Commissioner Kasdin gave oral report on 3-8
joint meeting of Land Use Committee, South
Pointe Advisory Board, and Planning Board
regarding Portofino Master Agreement.
Mayor and Commissioners asked questions,
expressed concerns, and made suggestions
concerning the process and desired final
results.
