Mason on possibility of buy-out. Request by
Carner-Mason to appear before Agency to discuss
possible negotiation procedures. (see 4.b.

a. Financial Statement. (Copy of report filed with 10
records of meeting.)
b. Attorneys Joseph Klock and Gerry Gibson made 2-10
comments on behalf of Carner-Mason, Marina
developer, concerning current negotiations on
possible buy-out of Marina. Executive Director
will investigate cost* of Touche Ross to provide
analysis of Marina's cash flow. Report from South
Pointe Advisory Board, concerning their review of
the proposed buy-out, was requested.

at 10:07 A.M. Meeting was reconvened at 6:05 P.M. for
the Executive Director 's advice that information on
Touche Ross' costs* will be given at next meeting as he
was unable to get timely information for this date.) /
