All members present for roll call except Mr. Singer,
who entered the meeting at 9:32 a.m.
2. Acceptance of Minutes of September 19, 1984 meeting
3. Report of Executive Director
Executive Director gave brief oral status reports on
five matters: 1) County Tax Increment adoption,
2) Status of the Coast Guard Property, 3) Cheezem
Development Agreement, 4) Newman Contract, and
5) Development of Regional Impact Issues. (Copy of
report filed with records of meeting.)

6. Report of Agency Attorney

Agency Members welcomed new General Counsel,
Mr. Arnold M. Weiner, who reported that Cheezem
Development Agreement should be finalized for signing
by 10/5/84. Chairman Fromberg stated that a formal
signing was being planned for 10/19/84, 10:30 a.m.,
more details later.
