that all work products of company be reviewed by ,
Agency Members prior to public presentation.
Chairman Fronberg suggested company should gather
old videos made of Miami Beach. Agency Member
Grenald suggested company share materials with
City-wide P.R. company (Scott Ross and Associates)
to save money.

Agreement, as amended, with South Pointe
Development Company (as recommended by the
Economic Development Committee) and recommending
approval to City Commission.
