Block 9: Revised supplement to the 11/17/89 1
report of the Working Group.
Tony Burke, representing Adler Group, requested 4
the City negotiate with Adler-McCarthy and Ben
Franklin for development of Block 9.
Following discussion, all bids rejected; new RFP 1-7
to be sent out.
b. Commissioner Shockett disputes comment that Cobb 6
Partners, Inc. deal is dead.

Commissioners with attachments filed with meeting
records. )

Workshop of June 14, 1990.
Commissioner Shockett reported on Workshop. 2
Commissioners and various citizens voiced their 1-9
opinions on the Marriott/Rahn development
proposal, including their concerns of
condemnation, size of the proposed complex,
inclusion of time share units, etc.
