Block 9: Revised supplement to the November 27,
1989, report of the working group.
Item deferred. Ted Bliss requested no further
deferrals. Finance Committee Workshop
with Marriott-Rahn representatives scheduled for
June 14, 1990.
4. New Business
a. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 90-5 1
90-90 A resolution of the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency providing authority for a change in the
Fiscal Year end to September 30thro January
31st.
b. Redevelopment Agency Memo No. 90-6 1
91-90 A resolution of the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency adopting Bud ets for the general, debt
service, and cagi-ii projects funds for the
Fiscal Year 1990. (an eight-month period)
5. Report of Agency Attorney
a. City Attorney Feingold reported on hearing held 2
June 4, 1990, before Judge Clarence T. Johnson
concerning the Carney-Mason Associates, Ltd.
lawsuit (Marina) a v sing tat both sides had
been asked to brief three issues and that a
ruling on motion for re-trial would be made by
June 13, 1990.
