report of the Working Group. (filed for
information, no discussion)
b. Agency members voted to defer action on Block 9 1
REP until after Finance Committee workshop with
Marriott-Rahn (rescheduled for 6/14/90, 4:00
p.m. ) . (Copy of Commission minutes relating to Attachment A1-2
this item attached for information.)
c. It was reported that a fence had been erected 1
around South Pointe Elementary School as
requested and that construction on the school had
been re-bid and the bid would soon be awarded.
4. New Business - none
5. Report of Agency Attorney - During City Commission Attachment B
meeting, City Attorney Feingold reported on Carner-Mason
Associates, Ltd. (Marina) v. CMB and M.B. Redevelopment
Agency litigation advising that Judge Clarence T.
Johnson. of, Rockledge (Brevard) , Florida, would be the
presiding judge and how/where motions and hearings would
be conducted. (Copy of Commission minutes for this
item, R-10B, attached for information. )
