a) Redevelopment Agency Memorandum No. 90-2 1, 2-6
Status Report: Proposed Marriott/Rahn Resort
Hotel Development.
Discussion and questions followed Deputy Director
Karen Hobson' s oral report on status of the
proposal. Commissioner Hirschfeld requested
subject be tabled until there is a request for
review of documents.
4. New Business
a) Discussion concerning unsigned fliers with scare- 1-2, 5
tactic-type questions about Marriott/Rahn project
and property condemnation procedures. Agency
Attorney was directed to investigate source and
determine if any laws have been broken by virtue
of an unsigned document of this nature.
5. Report of Agency Attorney
a) New City Attorney/Agency Attorney Laurence 2
Feingold sworn in by City Clerk. (Mr. Feingold' s
employment began March 5, 1990)
(NOTE: During the City Commission meeting, Mr. (appended)
Feingold rendered reports on Judge Wetherington' s
finding in the Mendelson eminent domain case; and
Carner-Mason appellate status on pending motion to
remand case to Judge Gale. Minutes of same are
appended to Redevelopment Agency minutes. See R-
10A City Commission Action Summary.)
