3. Report of Executive Director
Executive Director submitted oral and written reports:
a. Block 9, Ocean Beach Subdivision - Request for 1
Proposals
A preliminary contract agreement with
Marriott/Rahn is being negotiated. The second of
a series of public information presentations was
made before the South Pointe Association on
Jan. 9, 1990, and a more detailed presentation to
the Association's Board of Directors on Jan. 16,
1990. Further meetings and presentations are
scheduled before the City's Planning Board on
Jan. 23, at 3:00 p.m.; South Pointe Tower
Condominium Association on Jan. 23, at 6:30 p.m.;
Hotel Development Task Force on Jan. 24, at 8:00
a.m.; and later to the Redevelopment Agency.
4. Old Business
a. Bi-Weekly Finance Report (Copy of report filed
with records of meeting.)

6. Report of Agency Attorney - None
