Executive Director submitted written report:
a. BLOCK 9 - OCEAN BEACH SUBDIVISION - Request for
Proposals
Negotiations have commenced with Marriott/Rahn
(45-day negotiation period approved December 6,
1989) . Discussions are underway with the urban
design consultants. The first public information
workshop, held December 12, at Crawdaddy' s
Restaurant, sponsored by the South Pointe Property
Owners Association, featured presentations from
Marriott/Rahn, Adler/McCarthy, and Ben Franklin
Companies.
4. Old Business
a. Bi-Weekly Finance Report (Copy of report filed
with records of meeting.)
b. Acting Agency Attorney directed to appeal the 1
final verdict in the Carner-Mason Associates, Ltd.
(marina) lawsuit. (See also item R-9D City
Commission meeting of 12/20/89. )
