1. Roll Call - Meeting called to order at 3.57 p.m. All 1
members present except Mr. Weisburd.
2. Acceptance of Minutes of July 26, 1989. 1
3. Report of Executive Director
Executive Director submitted oral and written reports:
a. South Pointe Elementary School - Regarding eminent
domain proceedings, negotiations with Leon Black,
Esq. , representing owners of Parcel #9 (1017 3rd
St.) have resulted in a $90,000 offer for sale.
Settlement agreement approved by City Commission
9/6/89. (Res. #89-19711)
b. Old Police Station Development Project - Buyers
for tax exempt bonds are being sought; closing
expected to occur the end of September. Agreement
with Cobb Partners is being finalized and is
expected to be presented to the City Commission
for approval at its 9/20/89 meeting.
c. Block 9 - request for proposals - RFP was amended
to extend the submission deadline to 4 p.m.
9/22/89. Presentations and bid award scheduled
before the Agency on a subsequent date.

a. Bi-Weekly Finance Report (Copy of report filed
with records of meeting.)
