The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of
motions made by the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at their meeting on June 9, 2020.
MOTION 1:
The Committee is requesting the City's permission to host a citywide virtual townhall meeting to
discuss race inequality with the goal of compiling directives for the Commission to consider.
