SUBJECT: SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
I am pleased to announce that effective immediately, Lynn Bernstein will be assuming the role of
citywide Service Delivery Manager. This is a new position developed to provide a better, more
efficient coordination and provision of basic City services. Lynn is well suited to this position and
anxious to undertake this new challenge. She will be working directly under the supervision of
Executive Assistant to the City Manager Ronnie Singer.
