Please be advised that we have been contacted by Tony Bello, General Manager of CableVision,
to inform us that Rifkin Narragansett is selling CableVision to Charter Communications. (Charter
is owned by Paul Allen, Microsoft Industry giant).
Our Legal department has been contacted and will determine what the ramifications of this pending
sale will mean to our City. We will keep you informed.
