ART BASEL HOTEL MEETING

This Letter to Commission (LTC) is to advise you of a meeting being held on October 28, 2003 at
3:00 p.m. at the National Hotel with the hotel industry. The meeting is being coordinated by the City
of Miami Beach, Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Greater Miami & the
Beaches Hotel Association in preparation for Art Basel Miami Beach.
The purpose of the meeting is to ensure that all participating hotels are presenting the type of
exemplary service standards expected by Art Basel Miami Beach guests. As you know, the
international art fair takes place from December 3 - 7, 2003 at the Miami Beach Convention Center
and at Collins Park.
