Gonzalez [~:.~ ~ City Manager Subject: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Multipurpose Municipal Parking Facility RFQ # 69 - 02/03 Date: November 6, 2003 On September 10, 2003, the City Commission authorized the issuance of RFQ #69 - 02~03 for architectural, engineering, design, and construction administration services need to plan, design, and construct a Multipurpose Municipal Parking Facility on the current site of the City Hall surface parking lot. Responses to the RFQ are due on November 7, 2003. An ambitious timetable has been set for the project in an attempt to coordinate its completion with the start of work on the New World Symphony project. The next step in the process is to appoint and convene an Evaluation Committee to rank the responses to the RFQ. I am considering appointing the following individuals to the Evaluation Committee: Saul Frances Jorge Gomez Stacy Lotspeich Steve Nostrand Mitch Wentworth Luigi Vitalini Doug Tober Director, Parking Department Director, Planning and Historic Preservation Department Senior Capital Projects Planner, CIP Office Chair, Transportation and Parking Committee Chair, Lincoln Road Marketing Association Architect.
