SUBJECT: Police Promotional Ceremony
This Letter to Commission is to advise you of a Miami Beach Police Promotional
Ceremony on Thursday, January 7th at 10:00 a.m. in the Major James Smith Community
Room on the first floor of the Police Department, 1100 Washington Avenue. Due to the
COVID-19 Pandemic health concerns. attendance at the ceremony is going to be limited
to the immediate family members of the promotees. The ceremony will be promoting the
