RESOLUTION NO. 85-18303
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION OF
$150,000 TO THE SPECIAL DONATIONS FUND FOR THE BASS
MUSEUM FOR FY 1985/86
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida hereby
adopt the proposed FY 1985/86 budget for the Bass Museum Special Donations Revenue
and Expenditure Account, and that the appropriation in the amount of $150,000 be
appropriated accordingly; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that all proposed expenditures shall receive prior approval
from the City of Miami Beach's Office of Management and Budget.

SUBJECT: SPECIAL REVENUE - DONATIONS TO THE BASS MUSEUM
In order to continue to effectively and properly record special donations to
the Bass Museum, as well as to provide for a mode to charge expenses
incurred at the facility, it will be necessary to establish an appropriation of
$150,000 to Special Revenue Account 145.6180. The corresponding source
of the revenues from all sources used to support this Account .is primarily
user charges and should be recorded in the 145.347.310. No general fund
dollars will be used in this fund. '
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
The 'Administration recommends that the City Commission approve the
attached Resolution which authorizes an appropriation of expenditures and
corresponding revenues in the amount of $150,000 to the Special Donations
Account for the Bass Museum.
