RESOLUTION NO. 85-18318
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA TO
EXECUTE AN APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA
FOR ELIGIBILITY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH TO
ACQUIRE SURPLUS PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH wishes to make
application to the State of Florida for surplus Federal personal
property in accordance with the State and Federal Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor is authorized to
execute an application to the State of Florida for Eligibility of
the City of Miami Beach to Acquire Surplus Property in Accordance
with the State and Federal Law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.
